Señorío de Ayud Blanco

During the reign of the Catholic Kings, consolidation amongst the Spanish Lordships was attained. The vineyards were the most important crop in Calatayud, which is why Their Lordships of the Aragon Crown were so highly regarded, as was their wines.

As highly regarded as is this white ecological wine, unique in DO Calatayud, it is characterized by its aromatic intensity, its acidic balance and its elegant character.
